OBIEE 11g (11.1.1.6.2 BP1) charts blur in Chrome (Version 24.0.1312.57 m).
This is caused by the Flash Plugin. Version info found with chrome:plugins
Two versions are available, I disabled the first.
And refresh dashboard page, result is good:
